Enquiries and service arrangements
Langley Commercial Cleaning is a commercial and property cleaning enquiry website. Your requirements are reviewed by the website operator. The cleaning provider, scope, price and service agreement are confirmed with you before any work is booked. Providers may change over time.
No automatic booking
Submitting the form requests contact about your property. It does not book cleaning, guarantee availability, accept a quoted price or create a cleaning contract. Scheduling, scope, access arrangements, price and exclusions require a separate agreement.
Properties and services
The website covers recurring cleaning for offices, strata common areas, dealership premises, retail businesses and other commercial properties in Langley, British Columbia. Pre-sale and move-in cleaning enquiries are also accepted for homes, condos and commercial properties. Requested cupboard or appliance interiors must be agreed separately. Routine residential housekeeping, vehicle detailing, hazardous-material remediation and specialist post-construction or industrial processes are not included by implication.
