THE WAY YOUR PROPERTY WORKS
A fresh start.
For what comes next.
A Langley City condo ready for its listing. A Willoughby home before the viewing. A business unit before its new occupants move in. Start with the property’s condition and the occasion you want it prepared for.
01
Prepare the rooms that will be presented
For photographs and showings, identify the visible rooms and accessible surfaces. The request can be assessed for an occupied, partly furnished or vacant property, with staff or owners clearing agreed areas beforehand.
Entrances and accessible floors
Cleared counters, shelves and agreed surfaces
Kitchen sinks and bathroom fixtures
Mirrors and agreed accessible interior glass
02
Use the time before the move
Describe the rooms that will be empty before furniture, boxes or equipment arrive. Give expected possession and moving dates, along with the point when authorized access becomes available.
03
Add cupboard and appliance interiors when needed
Empty drawers, cupboards, ovens or refrigerators can be requested as additional tasks. The provider reviews condition, access and surface restrictions before inclusion. Belongings, food, stock and equipment remain under the owner’s control.
04
Make the property location and entry clear
Include the full address and municipality if known. A condo request needs the unit number and any permitted-hour, sign-in or elevator arrangements. A home or commercial unit needs its own authorized contact and room list; private-unit tasks are separate from strata common areas.
05
Confirm the date through the service agreement
Share the target photography, showing or move-in time and any unusual conditions. The provider confirms scope, availability and price; a requested date is not reserved by submitting the form. Renovation debris or specialist conditions should be identified before the task list is agreed.
THE DETAILS ADD UP
Big impressions. Small details.
From the first door handle to the last room on the list. Bring your priorities into a clear, practical cleaning plan.
Can I request this for a house or condo in the Township?+
Yes. One-time pre-sale and move-in enquiries cover homes and condos in the Township and Langley City as well as commercial properties. Send the exact address for confirmation.
Is the property required to be empty?+
No. Explain what will remain occupied or furnished and which surfaces will be cleared so the accessible areas can be assessed.
Are cupboard and appliance interiors included by default?+
No. Specify the interiors you want reviewed and whether they will be empty. Agreed inclusion is recorded in the task list.
Does this include specialist renovation or remediation work?+
No. Ordinary property preparation is separate from specialist post-construction tasks and mould, asbestos or biohazard remediation.
